Add the origin, destination, estimated arrival, and cargo. STS generates a unique tracking code.

Update the status and record locations as the shipment progresses. Enable customer emails if you need them.

Can we use our own brand and domain?
Yes. Your tracking site uses your company name, colors, icons, and contact details, on your own hostname. Each business has its own deployment.
Do customers need an account?
No. Customers can look up public shipments with a tracking code or open a shared tracking link. Private shipments are only accessible to signed-in staff.
How do shipment updates get added?
Your staff enter statuses and location updates. STS displays those updates on the tracking page; it does not automatically pull carrier data or track a vehicle’s GPS location.
Can customers receive email updates?
Yes, when email is configured and enabled for your deployment. Your team can opt individual shipments into emails for status changes and new shipment updates.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
Contact us for pricing and to arrange your branded deployment. Setup is handled individually, including branding, domain configuration, and your first administrator account. There is no public self-service signup.
